Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to design and develop electrical systems for landscape and construction projects. The role involves preparing electrical layouts, lighting designs, load calculations, and ensuring compliance with applicable electrical standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Design
Design and develop electrical systems for landscape and construction projects.
Prepare electrical layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams.
Develop detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
Perform electrical load calculations and cable sizing.
Design indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
Conduct energy efficiency assessments and recommend optimized solutions.
Engineering Coordination
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, landscape designers, and project managers.
Coordinate electrical designs with structural and architectural drawings.
Resolve design conflicts during project execution.
Support project planning and engineering reviews.
Site Support
Conduct site inspections to verify design implementation.
Provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning.
Resolve on-site technical issues related to electrical systems.
Ensure installation complies with approved drawings and specifications.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure designs comply with:
National Electrical Code (NEC) or applicable local electrical standards
Electrical safety regulations
Client specifications
Prepare design documentation, BOQs, technical reports, and project records.
Participate in design reviews and quality checks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in:
Electrical Engineering
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Related Engineering Discipline
Experience
1–3 years of experience in electrical design.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or landscape projects is preferred.
