Job Summary

Learnyst is looking for a passionate Test Engineer with strong programming skills and hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. The role involves designing and executing test strategies for web, mobile, and backend applications while improving automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance automated testing frameworks.
Create and execute test plans for:
Ruby on Rails backend applications
React.js Single Page Applications (SPA)
React Native mobile applications (Android & iOS)
Develop automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, Selenium, and Playwright.
Perform manual and automated testing of new and existing features.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and edge-case testing.
Collaborate closely with developers to understand requirements and identify potential issues.
Validate product releases and provide quality sign-off.
Report, track, and verify software defects until closure.
Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Skills
Strong programming knowledge in Java or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with:
Selenium
Playwright
Karate
TestNG
Cucumber
Experience testing Single Page Applications (SPA).
Experience testing mobile applications built with React Native.
Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Knowledge of manual and automation testing methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Public GitHub projects demonstrating software development or test automation expertise.
Passion for software quality, automation, and continuous learning.

Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹3–7 LPA
