Job Summary

The Engineering Trainee/Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for supporting engineering and maintenance operations while maintaining product and industry knowledge. The role requires working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to improve operational efficiency, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to engineering projects. Fresh engineering graduates and diploma holders are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities.
Maintain knowledge of products, equipment, and industry standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
Assist in equipment installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
Monitor system performance and report technical issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Follow safety procedures and company engineering standards.
Participate in training and continuous learning programs.
Maintain engineering documentation and reports.
Perform assigned tasks within project timelines.
