Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical specifications. The ideal candidate should possess strong site management skills, be capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Manage construction work in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Conduct site surveys, setting out, and measurements.
Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
Ensure project activities comply with technical specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Provide technical guidance and resolve site-related engineering issues.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability regulations.
Attend project meetings and communicate project updates to management.
Verify completed work for billing and project documentation.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Site surveying and setting-out knowledge.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Team handling and leadership abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of construction materials and products.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
