Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: Freshers to 3 years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable for experienced candidates)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site (Site Camp Accommodation Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma or B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering graduates to join our construction team for Government building projects across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The ideal candidate will supervise construction activities, coordinate with project teams, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with the Project Manager for execution and scheduling of assigned work.
Prepare micro-plans and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Monitor labor productivity and provide work clearances to skilled and semi-skilled workers.
Maintain Daily Site Registers and update work progress reports.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth project execution.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Assist in site measurements, inspections, and documentation.
Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
Contribute actively during project review and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in building construction/site supervision.
Male candidates preferred (as per employer requirement).
Must be willing to relocate and stay at project sites across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of building construction and site supervision.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
MS Office proficiency.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Experience in building construction projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Total Station surveying.
Safety certification/course.
Strong academic background.
