Role Overview

The Assistant Engineer will support senior engineers in the design, implementation, installation, testing, and maintenance of engineering systems. The role involves technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, inspections, and collaboration with production and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or system-related issues under supervision.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and user manuals.
Monitor equipment performance and report technical issues.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Maintenance teams.
Perform routine inspections, data collection, and preventive checks.
Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (EHS) regulations.
Stay updated with industry standards and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Related Engineering disciplines
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
