Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Engineer / Architect to architect, develop, and scale a cloud-native SaaS platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will drive system architecture, make critical technical decisions, contribute to development, mentor engineers, and build secure, scalable enterprise software from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience building high-performance SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications.
Define system architecture, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
Lead technical decision-making across the engineering organization.
Full-Stack Development
Contribute hands-on to application development using:
Node.js
React
PostgreSQL
Deliver high-quality end-to-end software solutions.
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
Design and maintain Kubernetes-based deployments.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Security & Compliance
Implement secure authentication and authorization using Auth0.
Design Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Support SOC 2 compliance initiatives.
Implement Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) encryption and secure key management practices.
Data Integration
Design and implement robust ETL pipelines.
Build integrations using Airbyte.
Develop scalable and reliable data ingestion workflows.
Messaging & Monitoring
Build resilient distributed systems using NATS messaging.
Implement monitoring, observability, and fault-tolerant architectures.
Ensure reliable deployment and operational excellence.
Quality Engineering
Promote automated testing and continuous integration.
Drive high-quality software releases through engineering best practices.
Improve deployment reliability and release automation.
Technical Leadership
Mentor and guide engineering teams.
Conduct architecture and code reviews.
Foster collaboration and technical excellence across teams.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
3+ years in a Lead Engineer or Technical Architect role.
Proven experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms.
