Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a Fire Fighting Design Manager (MEP) for a Bangalore-based client. The selected candidate will lead the design and engineering of fire protection systems for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects, including Metro Rail, Data Centers, and Semiconductor Plants.

The role involves managing fire protection system design, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting project execution through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and engineering of fire protection systems for major projects.
Review tender documents and provide technical design inputs.
Prepare and review fire protection design calculations and technical documentation.
Develop shop drawings and obtain client and consultant approvals.
Coordinate with MEP, project, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Ensure compliance with project cost, quality, safety, and applicable fire protection standards.
Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.

Gas Suppression Systems
Required Qualifications
BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
8–15 years of experience in Fire Fighting System Design (MEP).
Strong understanding of fire protection engineering standards and design practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience delivering fire protection designs for:
Metro Rail Projects
Data Centers
Semiconductor Manufacturing Plants
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of project execution and commissioning activities.
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Candidates with leadership experience in fire protection design projects are preferred.
