Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced VMC Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Uthangudi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in VMC programming, machine setup, and machining operations while ensuring high-quality production and adherence to manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
Program and operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Prepare and optimize CNC programs for efficient machining.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
Perform trial runs and make program adjustments as required.
Inspect machined components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Maintain production records and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing targets.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years as a VMC Programmer.
Strong knowledge of VMC programming and machining operations.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
