Job Summary

We are looking for a Pipe Machine Operator (Extruder) to operate and maintain pipe extrusion machinery for the production of high-quality plastic pipes. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of extrusion processes, machine operation, quality inspection, and basic machine maintenance to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, start, operate, and shut down pipe extrusion machines.
Perform machine changeovers as per production requirements.
Monitor extrusion process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed, making adjustments when required.
Load raw materials (PVC, HDPE pellets, or other plastic materials) and ensure uninterrupted material supply.
Inspect finished pipes for dimensional accuracy, wall thickness, and surface quality.
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Record production details including output, machine settings, and material consumption.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Report quality issues or machine defects to supervisors and the quality team.
Assist in training junior operators and helpers when required.
Required Qualifications
Diploma (Mandatory).
Experience in extrusion machine operation or plastic manufacturing is preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of pipe extrusion processes and extrusion machinery.
Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Physical ability to handle raw materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
