Key Responsibilities
Independently operate conventional lathe machines to manufacture precision components.
Read and interpret technical drawings while maintaining specified tolerances.
Measure, inspect, and ensure the quality and accuracy of machined parts.
Perform machine adjustments and minor corrections during machining.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and routine maintenance of machines and the work area.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience operating conventional lathe machines.
Completed vocational training in Metalworking, Turning Technology, Precision Mechanics, or a related field.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience using precision measuring instruments and quality control techniques.
Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work approach.
German language proficiency at B1/B2 level is mandatory.
Candidates with basic German knowledge and willingness to undergo further language training are also encouraged to apply.
