The SAP Sovereign Cloud Delivery India team is responsible for designing, building, operating, and maintaining SAP Sovereign Cloud Services in India while ensuring compliance with local regulations, security requirements, and digital sovereignty standards.

Job Summary

SAP is seeking a Senior DevOps Network Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of SAP Cloud Network Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in cloud networking, DevOps, infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and network operations while ensuring high availability, security, and reliability of cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain SAP Cloud network infrastructure.
Monitor network availability, performance, and security.
Configure, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise network environments.
Ensure highly available and resilient cloud networking services.
Cloud Operations
Support day-to-day cloud infrastructure operations.
Maintain stable, secure, and compliant cloud environments.
Ensure operational excellence for SAP Sovereign Cloud services.
Participate in infrastructure maintenance and optimization activities.
DevOps & Automation
Automate operational tasks and network provisioning.
Implement DevOps best practices for infrastructure management.
Improve deployment efficiency through automation.
Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives where applicable.
Monitoring & Incident Management
Monitor infrastructure health and network performance.
Diagnose and resolve network-related incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Maintain service reliability and uptime.
Collaboration
Work closely with:
Cloud Architecture Team
Security Office
Engineering Teams
Regulatory & Governance Teams
Participate in architecture reviews and infrastructure planning.
Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with India’s digital sovereignty regulations.
Support implementation of cloud security controls.
Maintain secure cloud networking environments.
