Job Summary

The Site Engineer cum Supervisor will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of modular interior projects, coordinating with design, production, installation teams, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Supervision
Supervise complete execution of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and turnkey interior projects.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor installation teams, carpenters, and subcontractors.
Track daily work progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Site Coordination
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and client teams.
Conduct daily site meetings and progress reviews.
Ensure site readiness before execution.
Coordinate material delivery, storage, and inventory management.
Quality Control
Conduct quality inspections at every stage of installation.
Ensure execution follows approved drawings, BOQ, and company SOPs.
Verify workmanship and finish quality before project handover.
Ensure compliance with company quality benchmarks.
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Provide regular project updates.
Resolve client concerns and on-site issues promptly.
Conduct project handover and manage snag list rectification.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain:
Daily site reports
Site logs
Photo documentation
Material consumption records
Progress reports
Report delays, risks, and issues to management using digital reporting tools.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Pre-Execution
Review approved designs, BOQ, and installation drawings.
Verify site measurements.
Ensure site readiness before installation.
Coordinate material receipt and storage.
Execution
Supervise installation according to company standards.
Complete milestone-based quality checklists.
Monitor carcass fitting, hardware installation, finishing, and final quality.
Post-Execution
Conduct snagging inspections.
Ensure rectification of all defects.
Complete client handover.
Collect customer feedback and warranty documentation.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce PPE usage.
Ensure workplace safety.
Maintain site cleanliness and organization.
Follow regulatory and company safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Diploma or B.Tech in:
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Interior Engineering
Related discipline
Experience
Minimum 2 years in site supervision.
