Job Summary

Best InfoSystems Ltd. is looking for an experienced US Recruiter specializing in Civil Engineering and Architecture recruitment. The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, sourcing and placing qualified engineering professionals while ensuring excellent client and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Civil Engineering and Architecture positions across the United States.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and architectural professionals.
Recruitment Process
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
Job posting
Resume screening
Candidate interviews
Interview scheduling
Offer negotiation
Onboarding coordination
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Client & Candidate Management
Understand client hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS/CRM systems.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare status reports.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment procedures.
Market Research
Stay updated on:
US hiring trends
Civil Engineering and Architecture job market
Salary benchmarks
Industry developments
Understand recruitment requirements across multiple US states.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Civil Engineering
Architecture
Related Engineering discipline
Experience
Proven experience in US Recruitment.
Experience recruiting for Civil Engineering or Architecture positions is preferred.
Required Skills
End-to-end US recruitment.
Candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
Resume screening and candidate assessment.
Interview coordination.
Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering and Architecture roles.
