₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying & Billing
Prepare and certify client and subcontractor bills.
Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills.
Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Prepare Certificates of Payment.
Verify quantities from engineering drawings.
Prepare quantity statements and cost estimates.
Compare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with site execution.
Prepare BOQ variance reports.
Ensure arithmetic and technical accuracy of bills.
Provide billing documents and reports to clients.
Site Engineering
Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
Perform random physical checks of executed work.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and maintain documentation.
Required Skills
Good understanding of civil engineering drawings.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
Familiarity with RA Billing and BBS.
Basic knowledge of billing procedures.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage).
Qualification
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Freshers are eligible.
Experience in Quantity Surveying or Site Engineering is an added advantage.
