Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Maintenance Engineers to join our operations team. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring smooth production operations, and improving operational efficiency. Fresh graduates and diploma holders with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Eligible Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering in any of the following disciplines:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Automobile Engineering
Information Technology / Software Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Petroleum Engineering
Solar Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Civil Engineering
Fire & Safety Engineering
Or equivalent engineering qualification
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or technical faults.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of maintenance engineering principles.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies and maintenance practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
