Job Summary

Conserve Solutions is seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to support the design, analysis, and documentation of RCC, steel, and composite structures. The role requires expertise in structural analysis software, British Standards (BS), and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze RCC, steel, and composite structures.
Perform structural modeling using ETABS and SAFE.
Carry out structural analysis and design calculations.
Validate designs through manual calculations and Excel-based checks.
Prepare and review structural drawings, reports, and specifications.
Ensure designs comply with British Standards (BS) and international codes.
Review structural drawings and perform stability and integrity checks.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
Maintain project documentation, approvals, and compliance records.
Contribute innovative solutions to improve structural engineering processes.
Support project planning and execution while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ETABS and SAFE.
Experience with IDEA StatiCa and AutoCAD.
Expertise in manual structural design calculations.
Strong understanding of:
RCC Structures
Steel Structures
Composite Structures
Substructure & Superstructure Design
Knowledge of:
Structural Stability Analysis
Design Validation
Load Analysis
Structural Integrity Checks
Ability to interpret structural drawings.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of structural design experience.
Experience with British Standards (BS) and international building codes.
Gulf project experience is preferred.
