Job Summary

Best InfoSystems Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced India Recruiter with expertise in Civil Engineering and Architecture recruitment. The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and hiring qualified professionals for engineering and architecture roles across India while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Civil Engineering and Architecture positions.
Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including:
Job posting
Resume screening
Interview coordination
Offer management
Candidate onboarding support
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Understand client hiring requirements and deliver suitable talent within timelines.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records using ATS/CRM systems.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify quality candidates.
Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Civil Engineering and Architecture sectors.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Civil Engineering
Architecture
Or a related discipline
Proven recruitment experience, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture hiring.
Strong understanding of engineering and architectural job roles and technical terminology.
