Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering freshers to join our Rebar Detailing & Estimation team. This trainee role provides an excellent opportunity to build expertise in reinforcement detailing, bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimation, and construction drawing interpretation under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing rebar shop drawings under the guidance of senior detailers.
Learn and prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Interpret structural and construction drawings accurately.
Assist in estimating reinforcement quantities for construction projects.
Support compliance with ACI (American Concrete Institute) standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, checkers, and project leads throughout project execution.
Maintain accuracy and quality in reinforcement detailing.
Update drawings and documentation based on project revisions.
Learn industry-standard detailing software and best practices.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic AutoCAD knowledge
Construction Drawing Interpretation
Blueprint Reading
Rebar Detailing (Training Provided)
Reinforcement Detailing
