Job Title: Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Experience: Freshers to 3 Years

Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable for experienced candidates)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Civil Site Engineers/Site Supervisors to join our construction team executing Government building projects ranging from ₹10 Crores to ₹50 Crores across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, a willingness to relocate to project sites, and a commitment to delivering quality construction work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at assigned project sites.
Coordinate with the Project Manager for work planning and execution.
Prepare micro-level work plans and monitor daily progress.
Provide work clearance and guidance to skilled and semi-skilled workers.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain the Daily Site Register and site documentation.
Monitor productivity, minimize material wastage, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Enforce workplace safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate effectively with department engineers, contractors, and site workers.
Report work progress, issues, and resource requirements to the reporting manager.
Participate actively in team meetings and project reviews.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute to overall project success.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of building construction experience.
