Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Site Incharge to oversee the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate site activities, supervise contractors and vendors, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and deliver projects within the planned schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other subcontractors.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor project progress and resolve on-site execution issues.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Read and interpret interior design and construction drawings.
Coordinate material delivery and ensure timely availability at the project site.
Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to project management.
Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor labor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in project handover and ensure all pending works are completed.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in site supervision or interior project execution.
