Job Summary

A leading construction company is hiring Fresher Civil Engineers / Site Supervisors to assist in the execution and supervision of residential and commercial construction projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in site operations, quality control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and engineers.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Maintain daily site progress reports and project documentation.
Assist in material planning, stock verification, and site inventory management.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and construction materials.
Report site issues and support senior engineers in resolving technical challenges.
Verify measurements and assist in quantity estimation.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and company quality standards.
Qualifications
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
