Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to manage residential and commercial construction and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in project execution, estimation, quantity surveying, interior materials, and site coordination while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise residential and commercial building construction projects.
Oversee residential and commercial interior execution from planning to completion.
Prepare project estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and quantity take-offs.
Perform quantity surveying, cost estimation, and material planning.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor site progress, quality standards, and construction schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Optimize resource utilization and control project costs.
Guide site teams and ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience
Experience in handling residential and commercial building construction.
Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
Strong practical knowledge of premium interior materials and finishing works.
