Job Summary

We are inviting applications from aspiring Chartered Accountants for the position of Article Assistant and from graduates with 1–2 years of experience for a Paid Audit Assistant role.

The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to various areas of accounting, auditing, taxation, and statutory compliance while working under experienced professionals in a structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Audit
Assist in Internal Audit assignments.
Participate in Statutory Audit engagements.
Support Bank Audit assignments.
Prepare audit working papers and documentation.
Assist in audit planning and execution.
Verify financial records and supporting documents.
Taxation
Assist in GST compliance and return filing.
Support Income Tax-related assignments.
Prepare tax working papers.
Assist in tax assessments and compliance activities.
Corporate Compliance
Assist in ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance.
Prepare statutory documents and regulatory filings.
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws.
Accounting
Maintain accounting records.
Prepare financial statements and schedules.
Assist in account reconciliation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Learning & Development
Attend training sessions.
Gain practical exposure to professional accounting and audit assignments.
Learn applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit procedures.
