Job Summary

Eucloid is looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer to join its Data Platform Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data infrastructure on Databricks, integrating data from multiple sources, and developing high-performance data pipelines. The ideal candidate is self-driven, technically strong, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure using Databricks.
Build, optimize, and automate data engineering processes and workflows.
Develop and manage reliable, high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines.
Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines for reliability, scalability, and performance.
Develop automation tools and scripts for data ingestion, processing, and monitoring.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the data platform.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
Implement best practices for data engineering, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for the organization’s data platform.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Databricks and modern data engineering platforms.
Expertise in designing and managing large-scale data pipelines.
Experience with ETL/ELT development, automation, and monitoring.
Strong knowledge of big data technologies and distributed data processing.
Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise data sources.
Proficiency in scripting and automation for data engineering workflows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
