Hiring: Hardware Lead Engineer – Automotive Inverter

Location: India
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Lead Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced Automotive Inverter systems for Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in power electronics, inverter hardware design, EMI/EMC compliance, and automotive hardware development.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Develop hardware architectures for automotive inverter systems.
Interpret system requirements and translate them into robust hardware designs.
Design and optimize high-frequency inverter circuits for automotive applications.
Select active and passive electronic components based on performance and reliability requirements.
Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards and automotive design guidelines.
Develop and review PCB layouts with a focus on signal integrity, thermal management, and safety.
Work with automotive microcontrollers and associated control hardware.
Ensure compliance with IEC 60664 insulation coordination and electrical safety requirements.
Collaborate with software, mechanical, and system engineering teams to achieve seamless system integration.
Support hardware validation, testing, troubleshooting, and design optimization.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
