Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Designer (SolidWorks) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing products and systems based on customer requirements and industry standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop products and engineering systems using SolidWorks and other CAD software.
Prepare and maintain detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Apply knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical engineering principles in product design.
Conduct research, design validation, and feasibility studies for new product concepts.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review engineering designs and provide constructive technical feedback.
Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement effective engineering solutions.
Manage project schedules, priorities, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD software.
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management and coordination experience.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
