Key Responsibilities
Teaching
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate MBA courses.
Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
Conduct lectures, seminars, and practical sessions.
Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
Research
Conduct high-quality research in the relevant domain.
Publish research papers in national and international journals.
Participate in funded research projects and consultancy activities.
Contribute to academic innovation and curriculum development.
Academic Administration
Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.
Assist in curriculum design and revision.
Support accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.
Perform examination and evaluation responsibilities.
Student Development
Guide student projects and dissertations.
Encourage participation in research, conferences, and competitions.
Organize academic events, workshops, and seminars.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline

NET / SLET Qualified (as per applicable norms)
