About the Role

IntouchCX is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Associates to provide multi-level technical assistance to customers. The role involves diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, operating system, and networking issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Troubleshoot software application and hardware issues via phone, email, remote access, and diagnostic tools.
Diagnose and resolve customer technical problems efficiently.
Recommend appropriate technical solutions based on customer requirements.
Hardware Support
Assemble, install, configure, and troubleshoot:
Desktop computers
Laptops
Notebooks
Peripheral devices
Operating System Support
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems.
Support software installation and configuration.
Resolve application-related issues.
Network Support
Troubleshoot:
Internet connectivity
Intranet connectivity
VPN-related issues
Diagnose network and connection problems.
Customer Service
Communicate effectively with international customers.
Manage customer expectations regarding response and resolution timelines.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build positive customer relationships through professional interactions.

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Any Graduate
