Job Summary

Squircle IT Consulting Services is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide both functional and technical support for the PAG Sales Reporting Team. The role requires strong SQL skills, reporting knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting global stakeholders across EMEA and AMER regions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for the PAG Sales Reporting Team.
Understand and support Global BMS Reports.
Monitor and manage support tickets in the support queue.
Communicate effectively with global stakeholders through email and meetings.
Write and execute SQL queries for backend analysis.
Troubleshoot reporting and database-related issues.
Investigate backend data structures independently.
Resolve support issues within SLA timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
Maintain documentation for recurring issues and solutions.
Support stakeholders across Europe and Americas time zones.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Technical Support or Application Support.
Experience in SQL query writing and backend database analysis.
Experience supporting reporting applications.
Good understanding of support processes and ticket management.
Ability to join within 15 days.
