Job Summary

The Engineer / Senior Engineer – Tendering & Estimation will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial tenders, estimating project costs, reviewing customer requirements, and supporting business development activities for electrical products in the Transformer and Switchgear industry.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Tendering & Estimation.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering
Prepare technical and commercial tender documents.
Review tender specifications and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for tender submissions.
Ensure timely submission of bids.
Estimation
Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical products and projects.
Analyze project scope and technical specifications.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pricing calculations.
Optimize costing while maintaining quality standards.
Technical Support
Provide technical clarifications during bidding.
Review electrical design requirements.
Support proposal preparation with technical inputs.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams.
Documentation
Prepare tender documentation.
Maintain estimation records.
Ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
Generate technical reports when required.
