The Production Engineer will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production operations, managing manpower, monitoring fabrication activities, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring timely execution of manufacturing projects involving heavy fabrication equipment.

Educational Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Monitor daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Coordinate manufacturing operations efficiently.
Manpower Management
Supervise and allocate shop-floor manpower.
Monitor workforce productivity and performance.
Coordinate with different production teams.
Fabrication Activities
Oversee heavy fabrication processes.
Ensure fabrication quality meets project specifications.
Monitor welding and assembly activities.
Drawing Interpretation
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Execute production according to fabrication drawings.
Clarify technical issues with engineering teams when required.
Production Follow-up
Follow up on production instructions.
Track manufacturing progress.
Coordinate with quality and planning departments.
