Catheterization Assistant / OT Assistant (Healthcare)

Job Summary

The role involves assisting patients who require catheterization, supporting pre-procedure care, and ensuring patients are fit for surgical procedures. The candidate will work closely with the medical team to provide safe and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Assist patients who require catheter insertion and related care.
Prepare patients before catheterization procedures.
Examine and monitor patients to ensure they are fit for surgery.
Support doctors and nursing staff during procedures.
Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Keep accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow hospital protocols and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Relevant healthcare qualification (preferred).
Experience: 2 years of total work experience preferred.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work in a healthcare environment.
Willingness to relocate or commute to Tiruchirappalli.
