Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to manage billing, cash handling, food order coordination, and customer interactions. The candidate should ensure accurate financial transactions while providing excellent customer service and supporting restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cash Handling & Billing
Receive customer payments through cash and digital modes.
Issue payment receipts accurately.
Operate billing software and complete settlement procedures.
Maintain sufficient change (coins and currency notes).
Process approved accounting vouchers.
Reconcile daily cash and online collections with system reports.
Submit settlement reports to the accounts team.
Maintain accurate cash balance and ensure accountability for shortages or excess cash.
2. Food Order Management
Receive food orders from walk-in customers and online platforms.
Coordinate with delivery personnel for timely order dispatch.
Verify packed items against KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket).
Add cutlery, sauces, feedback slips, and seal packages properly.
Maintain printer bill rolls and ensure uninterrupted billing operations.
Support high customer experience (CX) scores for online delivery platforms.
3. Customer Service
Welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
Assist customers with billing and order-related queries.
Collect customer feedback after payment.
Escalate complaints immediately to the Restaurant Manager.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Qualification
Degree or Diploma (Mandatory)
