Job Summary
Happy Labs is looking for a friendly and responsible Restaurant Cashier to manage billing operations, process customer payments, maintain payment records, monitor stock counts, and deliver excellent customer service to restaurant guests.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Cash Handling
Manage the restaurant billing counter.
Process cash and digital payment transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
Ensure proper cash reconciliation.
Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
Provide a pleasant dining experience through excellent service.
Inventory Support
Monitor stock count and maintain inventory records.
Prepare stock-related reports when required.
Coordinate with restaurant staff regarding stock updates.
Administrative Tasks
Use computers and mobile applications for billing and reporting.
Maintain transaction records accurately.
Support day-to-day restaurant operations.
Qualification
Any educational qualification.
Previous cashier or restaurant experience is an added advantage.
Experience
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in cashiering or the restaurant industry is preferred.
