Job Summary

Hotel Aaha is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to handle billing, process customer payments, and ensure accurate cash and card transactions. The ideal candidate should have prior cashiering experience, basic computer knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Billing & Payment Processing
Process customer bills accurately.
Collect payments through cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
Ensure accurate transaction recording.
Cash Handling
Handle cash responsibly and maintain proper cash balance.
Ensure accuracy while processing payments.
Follow company cash handling procedures.
Customer Service
Assist customers with payment-related queries.
Provide courteous and professional service.
Resolve customer concerns related to billing.
Record Keeping
Maintain transaction records accurately.
Ensure proper documentation of daily collections.
Support end-of-day cash reconciliation.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or similar role (Preferred).
