Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Process Engineers to oversee and optimize manufacturing and process operations within a process industry or factory environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in process operations, the ability to manage shop-floor operators, and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Process Operations
Monitor and optimize manufacturing/process plant operations.
Ensure smooth and efficient execution of production processes.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Production Support
Coordinate with production teams to achieve operational targets.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support continuous process improvements for enhanced productivity.
Team Management
Supervise and manage plant operators.
Guide and support operators in daily production activities.
Ensure effective workforce coordination across shifts.
Process Improvement
Analyze production data to improve efficiency.
Recommend process modifications to reduce waste and improve quality.
Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Promote safe work practices within the plant.
Maintain process documentation and operational records.
Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess any one of the following:

B.E. Mechanical Engineering
B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Diploma in Chemical Engineering
B.E./B.Tech Petrochemical Engineering
Diploma in Petrochemical Engineering
Experience
4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in a process industry or factory is mandatory.
Age Limit
25 to 28 years
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Overtime is not applicable.
