Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Design mechanical components and systems based on project requirements.
Develop engineering solutions for new and existing products.
Prepare technical drawings and design documentation.
Manufacturing Support
Support manufacturing and production processes.
Coordinate installation of mechanical components and equipment.
Ensure products meet quality and engineering standards.
Analysis & Problem Solving
Analyze mechanical problems and identify root causes.
Develop effective corrective and preventive solutions.
Optimize product performance and reliability.
Testing & Evaluation
Conduct experiments, testing, and performance evaluations.
Validate product functionality and engineering specifications.
Recommend design improvements based on test results.
Project Management
Estimate project budgets and timelines.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project execution.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process optimization.
Contribute to innovation and product enhancement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
