Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and physically fit Production Operators to work in a manufacturing/process industry. Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts and overtime when required. Freshers as well as candidates with prior factory or process industry experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Operate production equipment and machinery safely.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure smooth production activities.
Maintain production targets and efficiency.
Process Monitoring
Monitor manufacturing processes.
Identify operational issues and report them to supervisors.
Assist in maintaining uninterrupted production.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain a safe working environment.
Housekeeping
Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
Documentation
Maintain basic production records as required.
Support reporting of production activities.
Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
ITI – Mechanical
ITI – Electrical
B.Sc. Chemistry
Experience
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in:
Manufacturing
Process Industry
Factory Operations
will be preferred.
