Job Summary

The Consultant / Coach will partner with manufacturing organizations to improve operational performance, profitability, and sustainable business growth. The role involves assessing client operations, designing transformation strategies, implementing best manufacturing practices, coaching leadership teams, and driving organizational change using Lean Manufacturing, TQM, TPM, AI/IoT, Vendor Development, and Quality Management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Business Assessment
Engage independently with clients to understand current business operations.
Assess manufacturing processes, systems, and organizational challenges.
Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Strategy Development
Develop improvement roadmaps using manufacturing best practices.
Design customized transformation strategies aligned with client objectives.
Recommend solutions to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
Lean Manufacturing Implementation
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives across client organizations.
Eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.
Promote continuous improvement culture.
Quality & Process Improvement
Implement:
Total Quality Management (TQM)
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Quality Management Systems
Improve process capability and operational excellence.
Vendor Development
Improve supplier and vendor performance.
Develop vendor capability enhancement programs.
Strengthen supply chain efficiency.
Digital Manufacturing
Support implementation of:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Internet of Things (IoT)
Recommend digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing operations.
New Product Development
Guide organizations on product development processes.
Support product commercialization and manufacturing readiness.
Change Management
Lead organizational change initiatives.
Drive adoption of new systems and processes.
Ensure successful implementation of improvement programs.
Client Relationship Management
Build trust with senior and middle management.
Present improvement strategies effectively.
Obtain customer buy-in for transformation initiatives.
Coaching & Leadership Development
Mentor leadership teams.
Motivate client employees to embrace continuous improvement.
Guide teams toward achieving business goals.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 20 years of manufacturing industry experience.
