Job Summary

Emerald Jewel is hiring Production Trainees for its Assembly Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for assembly operations, maintaining production quality, following safety procedures, and supporting manufacturing activities in a rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assembly Operations
Perform assembly of components according to production instructions.
Operate assembly tools and equipment safely.
Ensure products meet quality standards before forwarding to the next stage.
Production Support
Achieve daily production targets.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in continuous production activities.
Quality Assurance
Inspect assembled products for defects.
Report quality issues to supervisors.
Maintain workmanship standards.
Safety & Housekeeping
Follow workplace safety regulations.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Comply with company policies and manufacturing standards.
Team Collaboration
Work effectively with supervisors and production teams.
Support smooth production flow.
Adapt to rotational shift schedules.

Monthly Salary: ₹15,500
Overtime (OT): ₹64/hour

Overall salary may range from approximately ₹14,000–₹19,500 per month (plus incentives), depending on interview performance and overtime.
