Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction/site operations, coordinate workforce activities, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Supervise workers and subcontractors on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
Maintain project schedules and daily work reports.
Monitor material usage and site resources.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Any Degree.
Experience
0–2 years of experience.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Gender
Male candidates preferred.
