Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance Engineer / Civil Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the factory’s civil infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the factory premises while coordinating routine civil maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and maintain the factory’s civil infrastructure and buildings.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective civil maintenance works.
Inspect factory premises regularly to identify repair and maintenance requirements.
Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping in and around the factory premises.
Coordinate with contractors, maintenance staff, and vendors for civil repair activities.
Monitor maintenance work to ensure quality and timely completion.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards during maintenance operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing factory premises or civil maintenance.
Candidates with at least 1 year of Civil Engineering experience will be given preference.
Required Skills
Knowledge of civil maintenance and building repair.
Facility and infrastructure management.
Preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Vendor and contractor coordination.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
