The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B software sales experience, with preference given to professionals who have sold HRM, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Build a strong sales pipeline to achieve business growth targets.
Software Solution Selling
Promote and sell HRBlusky HRM software solutions to businesses.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and business value to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular follow-ups and customer engagement activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations
Conduct software demonstrations and presentations for clients.
Explain technical and business benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Track opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Support clients through the entire sales closing process.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
Maximum 10 years of experience in Software Sales.
