Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executives to join our growing team. Freshers as well as experienced sales professionals are welcome to apply.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate business opportunities through client interactions and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Handle B2B customer communication professionally.
Coordinate with prospective and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong business relationships.
Lead Generation & Sales Development
Generate new sales leads through outbound activities.
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
Maintain an active sales pipeline.
Product Presentation & Demonstration
Present company products and solutions to potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain business benefits.
Address customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily call reports and sales activity records.
Update customer information in CRM systems and databases.
Track leads and follow-up activities regularly.
Target Achievement
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Meet daily productivity and demo call expectations.
Contribute to overall team revenue growth.
Performance Expectations
Daily Targets
Minimum 120 minutes of productive sales activity
At least 1 demo call per day
Monthly Targets
Minimum 4 successful sales closures per month
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Any Graduate / Diploma Holder can apply.
Experience
Freshers are welcome.

will be an added advantage.
