Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Sales Manager to manage and expand insurance sales through agents, advisors, brokers, and distribution partners. The role focuses on recruiting, developing, and supporting the distribution network while ensuring sales growth and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate should have experience in insurance sales, channel management, and partner relationship development, with a strong ability to drive business performance through effective team and partner management.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment & Development
Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance advisors and agents within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain a productive network of agents and distribution partners.
Train, motivate, and support agents to improve productivity and sales performance.
Monitor agent activities and provide ongoing guidance and coaching.
Distribution Channel Management
Manage relationships with agents, brokers, and channel partners.
Strengthen distribution networks to maximize business opportunities.
Support partners with sales strategies, product knowledge, and business development initiatives.
Ensure smooth communication between the company and channel partners.
Sales Growth & Business Development
Drive insurance sales through various distribution channels.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer reach.
Develop strategies to improve market penetration and revenue generation.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and evaluate channel performance regularly.
Prepare and submit sales reports, performance reviews, and business updates.
Analyze sales trends and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for agents and partners.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing teams to support promotional activities.
Coordinate with product teams to ensure effective product positioning.
Assist in implementing sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all sales and distribution activities comply with company policies.
Follow regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Support compliance audits and operational reviews.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in:
