Sales Staff – Men’s Wear Showroom

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and fashion-conscious individual to join our Men’s Wear Showroom as a Sales Staff member. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for men’s fashion, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while assisting customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their style and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and outfits.
Provide accurate information regarding product features, sizes, fittings, styles, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories for various occasions.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
Showroom Management
Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom environment.
Arrange merchandise displays to maximize product visibility and sales.
Ensure products are properly tagged, folded, and displayed.
Inventory & Stock Management
Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management activities.
Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies.
Support receiving, unpacking, and arranging new arrivals.
Billing & Record Management
Handle billing transactions and payment processing accurately.
Maintain sales records and customer transaction details.
Ensure smooth operation of billing systems and POS software.
Customer Support
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Provide prompt resolutions and maintain a positive customer experience.
Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and current fashion trends.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent preferred.
Additional training or certification in retail sales or fashion merchandising is an advantage.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in men’s fashion or apparel, is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in fashion may also apply.

Compensation & Benefits
