Sales Executive – Tally Solutions & IT Services

Job Objective

To acquire new business accounts, build strong client relationships, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales and revenue targets for Tally solutions and IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tally solutions and IT services.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Expand business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Prepare and implement Sales and Account Management Plans.
Understand customer requirements across different industry segments and recommend suitable solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective sales support.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
MBA (Marketing) / MMS (Marketing) / Diploma in Sales
B.Com or Commerce Graduate
Tally knowledge preferred
Local market knowledge for the assigned region is an advantage
Experience
Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply
