We are currently expanding our Medical Equipment & Devices division and are looking for experienced and driven professionals to join our sales team.
Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Senior Sales Engineers with experience in medical equipment and device sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with healthcare stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a comprehensive portfolio of critical care and hospital equipment.
Candidates with strong hospital networks, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in medical device sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and differentiate Ababil Healthcare’s medical equipment portfolio through effective value-based selling.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
Develop strategic territory plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, doctors, biomedical engineers, and key stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor for customers by providing technical and commercial guidance.
Manage key accounts and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Product Demonstration & Training
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Deliver clinical education and product training sessions to healthcare professionals.
Support customers during product evaluations and implementation.
Territory Management
Execute market development activities within the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Develop actionable plans to increase market share.
CRM & Reporting
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking.
Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts.
Prepare regular territory performance and competitor analysis reports.
Industry Representation
Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
Build professional networks with healthcare decision-makers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Team Support
Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience
4 to 8 years of experience in Medical Devices or Medical Equipment Sales.
Experience selling ICU, OT, Critical Care, or Hospital Equipment preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Relevant healthcare or sales certifications will be an added advantage.

Fluent in English and the local language.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
