Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic USA Sales Recruiter to join our remote team. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and sales activities focused on staffing and recruitment solutions for US-based technology companies and agencies.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to build a career in international business development and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with technology companies and agencies in the US market.
Generate leads through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach activities.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client hiring needs and business objectives.
Present and position Marvence Technologies’ staffing and marketing solutions effectively.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Drive business growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure successful service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and timelines.
Support client onboarding and account management activities.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
Track sales progress and provide regular updates to management.
Prepare reports on pipeline status and business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience
0 to 1 Year of experience in:
